These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Terms & Conditions" or "Agreement") govern your access to and use of www.savero.in ("Website") and your purchase of products through the Website.

By accessing, browsing or purchasing from our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website or place an order.

1. ABOUT SAVERO

SAVERO is an online curated handbag store.

We carefully select handbags and related fashion accessories from manufacturers, wholesalers, suppliers and other legitimate sources and make selected products available to customers through our Website under the SAVERO brand and/or product presentation.

SAVERO is an inventory-based e-commerce seller and not a marketplace connecting independent sellers directly with customers.

We aim to curate products based on design, quality, utility, appearance and value. Product availability may therefore be limited and individual designs may be discontinued without notice.

Where applicable, product pages may provide information regarding the manufacturer, country of origin, materials, dimensions and other relevant product characteristics.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You may use the Website only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian law.

Such variations will not constitute a defect where the product substantially conforms to its description and advertised specifications.

SAVERO sources products from manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors and other suppliers.

We may curate products from different manufacturers and suppliers based on our quality and commercial criteria.

Where legally required or commercially appropriate, relevant manufacturer, importer, country-of-origin or other product information may be displayed on the Website, packaging or product documentation.

Nothing on the Website should be interpreted as stating that SAVERO manufactures every product sold through the Website unless expressly stated.

6. MANUFACTURER NAMES, LOGOS AND TRADEMARKS

Certain products or their packaging may display the name, logo, trademark or other intellectual property of a manufacturer or supplier.

All such third-party trademarks, logos, brand names and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

SAVERO does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks unless expressly stated.

Where third-party branding is displayed, it is intended only to accurately identify the relevant product, manufacturer or source and does not necessarily indicate that the manufacturer owns, operates, sponsors, endorses or is affiliated with SAVERO.

SAVERO shall not knowingly use third-party trademarks, logos or branding in a manner that is misleading or infringes applicable law.

Where required, SAVERO will obtain appropriate permissions or authorisations for use of third-party intellectual property.

7. PRICES

All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Applicable taxes, including GST where applicable, will be charged in accordance with applicable law and as indicated at checkout or on the invoice.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed before completion of the order.

We reserve the right to change prices, offers and promotions at any time.

However, once an order has been successfully accepted and payment has been received, the applicable price for that order will generally be the price confirmed at the time of purchase, subject to cancellation or correction of an obvious pricing or technical error.

8. OFFERS AND PROMOTIONS

Promotional offers, discount codes and other promotional benefits may be subject to additional terms.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
multiple promotional codes may not be combined;
promotional offers cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders; and
SAVERO may withdraw or modify a promotional offer where permitted by law.

Any specific promotional terms displayed with an offer will prevail over these general provisions to the extent of any inconsistency.

9. PLACING AN ORDER

You may place an order by selecting products available on the Website and completing the checkout process.

Before submitting an order, you should verify:

product selected;
quantity;
size/dimensions, where applicable;
colour/variant, where applicable;
delivery address;
contact information; and
total order value.

An order submitted by you constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product.

An order confirmation or payment acknowledgement does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order where SAVERO subsequently identifies an issue relating to product availability, pricing, payment, fraud prevention, delivery restrictions or a technical error.

10. ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION

SAVERO reserves the right to cancel an order in circumstances including, but not limited to:

product being unavailable;
incorrect product or pricing information;
suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transaction;
duplicate or unusually large orders;
inability to deliver to the provided address;
technical or system errors; or
circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If SAVERO cancels an order after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded through the applicable payment method, subject to applicable payment-processing timelines.

Nothing in this section limits any rights available to consumers under applicable Indian law.

11. PAYMENT

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways or other payment service providers made available on the Website.

SAVERO does not ordinarily receive or store your complete debit card, credit card or banking credentials.

You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information.

A transaction may be declined, reversed or placed under verification by the payment provider or SAVERO where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention or compliance purposes.

12. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

SAVERO currently ships orders within India only.

Delivery timelines displayed on the Website are estimates and may vary depending on:

delivery location;
courier availability;
weather;
public holidays;
logistics disruptions;
remote-area restrictions;
incorrect or incomplete address information; and
events beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and reachable contact details.

If an order cannot be delivered because the customer has provided an incorrect or incomplete address, failed to respond to delivery attempts, or otherwise prevented delivery, additional shipping charges or cancellation consequences may apply where permitted by law.

Risk associated with the product will be dealt with in accordance with applicable law.

13. INSPECTION ON DELIVERY

Customers are encouraged to inspect the outer packaging and product promptly after delivery.

If the package appears materially damaged, tampered with or incomplete, please record photographs/videos where reasonably possible and contact SAVERO customer support promptly.

Failure to report visible packaging damage immediately does not automatically extinguish any statutory rights available to a consumer.

14. RETURNS AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

SAVERO follows a defect-only return policy.

We accept returns where the product delivered is demonstrably defective, damaged before delivery, materially different from the product ordered, or otherwise qualifies for return under applicable law.

We do not ordinarily accept returns merely because:

you changed your mind;
the product is no longer wanted;
you do not like the colour or design after receiving it;
the product does not match personal expectations where it matches its description; or
you ordered the wrong product or variant.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable Indian law.

Defect reporting

Customers should contact SAVERO as soon as reasonably possible after discovering a defect and provide:

order number;
photographs/videos showing the issue;
photographs of the product and packaging where relevant;
description of the defect; and
any other information reasonably requested by SAVERO for verification.

SAVERO may inspect the product to determine whether the issue constitutes a manufacturing defect, transit damage, normal wear and tear, misuse or another condition not covered by the return policy.

Return conditions

Where a return is approved, the product should generally be returned:

in its original condition;
unused, except where necessary to identify the defect;
with original packaging and accessories, where applicable; and
with the original invoice/order details where reasonably available.

A product damaged through misuse, improper care, alteration, accident, normal wear and tear or unauthorised repair may not qualify as a defective-product return.

Where a defect is established and a return is approved, SAVERO may provide a replacement, repair where appropriate, or refund, depending on product availability and the circumstances of the case, subject to applicable law.

15. REFUNDS

Where a refund is approved, SAVERO will process the refund through the original payment method or another legally permissible method.

The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment gateway, bank or financial institution.

SAVERO will not intentionally delay a refund beyond the period permitted under applicable law.

Any shipping or other charges associated with a defective product return will be handled in accordance with the applicable return decision and law.

16. NO UNAUTHORISED MODIFICATION OR REPAIR

Customers must not modify, alter, repair or materially tamper with a product before seeking a defect-related return.

Unauthorised modification or repair may affect eligibility for a return where it has caused or contributed to the reported problem.

Third-party trademarks, logos and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

If you submit a review, photograph, testimonial, comment or other content to SAVERO, you represent that:

the content is truthful to the best of your knowledge;

By submitting content, you grant SAVERO a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to use, reproduce, display and publish that content for legitimate business and marketing purposes, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

SAVERO may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

19. ACCURACY AND WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

We endeavour to keep the Website accurate and available.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, either party may pursue remedies available under applicable Indian law.
